1. Membership

Wave membership is complimentary, invite-only, and subject to approval by Wakehouse Miami. Membership may be modified, paused, or revoked at any time at the discretion of Wakehouse Miami.

2. Community Participation

Wave Members are expected to contribute positively to the community through respectful behavior, participation, and alignment with the values of Wakehouse Miami.

3. Content & Media Release

By participating in Wave experiences, events, or activities, you grant Wakehouse Miami permission to capture, use, reproduce, and share photo, video, and other media content featuring you for marketing, advertising, social media, website, and promotional purposes without additional compensation. Members may request removal of specific content by contacting our team directly.

4. Referral & Reward Program

Referral rewards, discounts, complimentary rides, and other member perks are subject to availability and may be modified or discontinued at any time.

Referral rewards apply only to completed qualifying bookings.

​

5. Assumption of Risk

Participation in boating, wakesurfing, and related water activities involves inherent risks. Members acknowledge that participation is voluntary and subject to separate activity waivers and booking terms associated with each experience.

6. Limitation of Liability

Wakehouse Miami shall not be held responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the Wave community, events, or member activities.

7. Changes to the Program

Wakehouse Miami reserves the right to update, modify, or discontinue the Wave community, member benefits, and related terms at any time without prior notice.
