What We’re Looking For
Licensed captain with valid USCG 6-Pack or Master’s License and valid CPR/ First Aid certification.
Must be eligible to work in the US and available to work a variable schedule, including weekdays, weekends, and occasional holidays as bookings demand.
Strong boating and navigation skills, especially in Miami waters.
Liability insurance, with a minimum General Liability of $1 million.
Safety-first mindset, confident in handling emergencies, passenger care, and vessel upkeep.
Guest-focused attitude, approachable, professional, and enthusiastic about teaching/assisting with wakesurfing.
Location: Marina in Coconut Grove, FL
Time Commitment: Approximately 4 charters per week, each lasting 2–3 hours
Schedule Flexibility: We confirm bookings every Monday, with occasional 24–48 hour advance requests

What We’re Looking For
You’re curious, proactive, and ready to dive into everything from marketing strategy to on-set content creation.
Content Creation Support, Help with photoshoots, model coordination, and brand partnership pitches. Get hands-on creative experience along the way.
Basic Photography & Videography, Comfort with shooting on phone or camera; interest in learning more advanced production techniques is a plus.
Basic Social Media Skills, Familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, or Reels creation, and enthusiasm to learn advanced skills like A/B testing, copywriting, and campaign planning.
Intro to Email Marketing, A general understanding of email tools and curiosity to learn how to create sign-up forms, newsletters, and automated campaigns that tell our brand story.
Location: Miami, FL (in-person, with remote flexibility)
Time Commitment: 10–20 hours per week
Schedule Flexibility: Since this is an unpaid opportunity, we’ll happily work around your schedule, whether you’re balancing school, projects, or another job
Program Duration: October–January, but can be adjusted depending on your availability
