What We’re Looking For
Licensed captain with valid USCG 6-Pack or Master’s License and valid CPR/ First Aid certification.
Must be eligible to work in the US and available to work a variable schedule, including weekdays, weekends, and occasional holidays as bookings demand.
Strong boating and navigation skills, especially in Miami waters.
Liability insurance, with a minimum General Liability of $1 million.
Safety-first mindset, confident in handling emergencies, passenger care, and vessel upkeep.
Guest-focused attitude, approachable, professional, and enthusiastic about teaching/assisting with wakesurfing.
Location: Marina in Coconut Grove, FL.
Schedule Flexibility: We confirm bookings every Monday, with occasional 24–48 hour advance requests.

What to expect after applying? First, we’ll schedule a phone call to review your CV and discuss the role. If the phone screening goes well, we’ll invite you for an on-water test. Candidates who pass the test will move into a series of 2–3 paid trial sessions to receive hands-on training on the boat before officially operating.
