Cancellation Policy

At Wakehouse Miami, we understand that plans can change. To provide the best experience for all our guests and to operate smoothly, we kindly ask you to review our cancellation and rebooking terms below: Cancellation: - Guests may cancel their booking up to 72 hours before the scheduled charter for a full refund. - Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the charter start time are non-refundable. Rebooking: - Guests may reschedule their booking up to 48 hours before the scheduled start time, subject to availability. - Rebooking requests made less than 48 hours in advance cannot be accommodated. Weather & Safety: - In the rare case of unsafe weather conditions or mechanical issues, Wakehouse Miami reserves the right to reschedule your booking or issue a full refund.
